Description
As I've created many lists in the latest version of Qwitter, I'd like to see the ability for users to view the lists of other users, and follow either the entire list, or selected individuals from the list, without having to go to the Twitter main page/profile page.
I like the idea Q and I discussed on Twitter of using win+alt+shift+l to bring up the dialog stating "list lists for". Then, I'm thinking maybe a command for implementing the ability to see who's in said list, maybe using control+win+shift+right-bracket as one would to see who the individual follows. Not sure how to incorporate showing, say, tweets from within that list...Unless the timeline command, control+win+i could somehow be used to bring up the list timeline as it would for an individual. And I assume if someone wanted to follow the entire list, say, my sports or politics list, control+win+l could be used as normal when you have the list name highlighted.
Also, I admit I've never viewed my own lists via the Twitter site, but I DO notice that replies people make to me, or to others who aren't on the said list, don't display in the list timeline. For instance, I have a private list for the station I run, and have all my DJ's in it. I'll see some of their tweets in there, but don't see mentions to me, or mentions to others we mutually follow but who aren't on the list, if that makes since. For instance, @mongoose_q is NOT a Mojo staffer, so if @stickbear makes a reply to him, even though most of @stickbear's tweets will show up in the list, that one won't, but WILL show just fine in the home buffer and such.
Hope this all makes sense.
Wes

Honestly, having seen this now in TweetList? and other iPhone clients, I'd love to see something like this implemented. I know it's possible through the API, though obviously I have no idea how complex it is. A whole group of extra keystrokes would need to be added, along with corresponding functions. A way to bring up lists created by a certain user, lists that follow a certain user, and lists that the user follows, along with a way to get members of each of these, spawn them, etc. It'd be more complex than it looks from the outside, but also extremely useful. My suggestion is that buttons be added to the list manager dialog to get members and subscribers, so the timeline doesn't have to be pulled up before this information can be retrieved. This woudl also be useful for personal lists.
I'm not saying it should be considered right away, especially considering all the other changes that are being made at the moment. But I do think it's a valid suggestion. I was going to post a ticket with this, but decided to perform a search of previously posted tickets before I did so, and stumbled upon this one.
