countdown terminates, but starts new countdown

Description

I set a countdown timer for 5 seconds. When it ended, I was told "time is up", but now I have a "unnamed: xx minutes, xx seconds" item in my countdowns buffer. I am not sure why, but when my 5-second timer ended, it started an hour countdown; for example, it was 59:59 when I checked it first, and is now at 57:32. I am not sure why, but it seems that a countdown will finish, but then start an hour countdown automatically.

(In [dcb5493c0e3b]) Finished fixing wrap-around countdowns. These were nearly taken care of with my rewriting of the countdown object but needed a bit of finishing. Closes #178
