Implement reading and writing of tweets offline

Description

The user should be able to read previously retrieved tweets when not connected to the Internet. When the user sends a tweet or DM while offline, the message should be queued, and will be sent once the user is back on-line. Qwitter should advise the user that the message has been queued.

This feature may best be handled by the creation of a drafts buffer, so a user can easily check which tweets have not yet been sent, and delete them if they are no longer relevant.
