Extend the default buffer configuration to include spoken and clipboard templates.

Would it be possible to extend the default buffer configuration to also include the spoken and clipboard templates? This would be useful to those who reconfigure how their tweets are spoken, as you currently have to manually adjust each buffer.

This is currently doable with the templates tab of the twitter config dialog; you can define the default template for a new buffer in each class of buffer.
