Control Windows V does not bring into view the focused Tweet in public build

Description

There are two keystrokes assigned to control Windows V in the recently released 4.1 public build, view tweet and view item. One of them needs removing.

For now, try using the Delete button in the keyboard manager on the ViewTweet? item.
